Description of the Gite:
Located in a
viticultural domaine, it is a very nice self-contained villa built in 2002.
- We recommand it
for 6 guests maximum.

surface : 92 m2 + 22m2 terrasse

living-room with a very nice kitchen (wash-disher, refrigerator with freezer, electric
oven, micro-wave, toaster, electric coffee-pot, 4 gas cooker with hood etc.), table and
chairs, DVD player and satelitte receiver with foreign channels (CNN,
Skynews,Eurosport..), radio, sofa + 2 arm-chairs etc.

160x200 cm bed, 2 bed tables, 2 lamp tables, closet with mirror, 1 desk, 2 chairs

Our tariffs include 8 KW
electricity per day. 0.15 € per extra Kilowatt will be paid on departure
- A booking will be
considered as such on receipt of a 25% deposit. The balance will
- be paid one month
before arrival. A 230 €

breakage will be requested on your arrival,
- (which will be
given back to you on your departure according
- to the condition
of the "gite")
